1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use ExamsAce, create an account, buy access, or book tutoring. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to review these terms with you.
2. What we provide
ExamsAce provides independent TMUA preparation, including past-paper practice, automated marking and feedback, progress analytics, study support, and private tutoring on Pro. A complimentary bank of MAT multiple-choice questions is included as supplementary problem-solving practice; MAT is not offered as a separate course. We are not connected with, endorsed by, or acting for any university or test owner. We do not guarantee a test score, offer, or admission outcome.
3. Accounts
- Give accurate account and study information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password private and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
- One learner may use each account. You may not sell, share, or transfer access.
- You remain responsible for checking your work and official test requirements.
4. Trial, plans, prices, and access
Current Plus and Pro prices are shown on the Pricing page and again before Checkout. Both include the complete TMUA preparation platform and its integrated question bank; Pro also includes 20 hours of private tutoring. Every new Plus or Pro plan begins with a seven-day free trial, including after the diagnostic. You must provide valid card details, but we do not charge the plan price when the trial starts. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you authorise us to charge the selected plan price automatically at the end of day seven. The payment starts one 12-month access term. It is scheduled to end after that term and does not renew for another year automatically.
If an active Plus learner upgrades to Pro, the current difference between the two plan prices is charged and the original access end date is kept. The plan, amount, trial end, and included features shown immediately before card confirmation form part of your order.
5. Payment, cancellation, and refunds
Payment and card storage are handled through a secure payment service. We do not store full card details. You ask us to start digital access as soon as the trial or immediate payment is confirmed. You can cancel the trial from your account before it ends; access then stops and the plan price will not be charged.
Contact support@examsace.com for payment or refund enquiries. Any refund normally ends the related access and unused tutoring entitlement. Orders placed under earlier terms retain the rights accepted at checkout.
Consumers may also have legal cancellation rights for distance contracts. Because you ask us to provide digital content and services during the trial and after payment, any reduction or loss of statutory cancellation rights applies only where the law permits and the required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Starting access alone does not waive those rights. Your rights where a service is faulty, misdescribed, or not provided with reasonable care and skill are unaffected.
6. Tutoring
Pro includes 20 hours of private TMUA tutoring. Tutors have completed or are studying for a mathematics PhD at Warwick, Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, or UCL. Allocation depends on availability, learner needs, timetable, and fit, so we cannot promise a particular tutor or university background. Use of Pro tutoring hours is subject to availability. If you book multiple hours in one week, those lessons may be with different tutors. Book ahead, especially near the exam. If we cannot provide included hours within your access term despite reasonable booking requests, contact us to arrange an extension or a proportionate refund for the unavailable tutoring. Booking, rescheduling, late-cancellation, safeguarding, and attendance arrangements will be shown before the first lesson. Tutors support preparation but cannot complete work for a learner or promise an outcome. Unused tutoring hours expire when the related 12-month access period ends unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Fair use
You must not:
- copy, scrape, republish, resell, or systematically download the service;
- upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or malicious material;
- attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or access another person's data;
- share live or confidential test content where doing so is prohibited.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect learners, rights holders, or the service.
8. Content and feedback
Test papers, marks schemes, and other third-party material remain the property of their owners. ExamsAce owns or licenses the platform, interface, original explanations, and learning tools. You keep ownership of your answers and uploads and give us permission to process them only to provide, secure, and improve the service.
Automated feedback can make mistakes. Treat it as study guidance, compare it with reviewed solutions, and ask a tutor or teacher where a result matters.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may make reasonable changes for security, accuracy, legal requirements, or product improvement. We will not materially reduce a paid plan without a fair remedy.
10. Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business loss, or for events outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Ending an account
You may stop using the service or ask us to close your account. We may end access for a serious or repeated breach, normally after giving a reasonable warning where appropriate. Clauses that are intended to continue, including payment, ownership, and liability terms, remain in effect.
12. Referrals and account credit
Share your personal link or code with people who want to hear from you. A new learner can apply one referral before starting their first card trial. A student referral gives £50 off their first Plus or Pro term, provided the plan costs at least £51. It cannot be combined with another referral, used for an upgrade or used to refer yourself. We may withhold rewards for duplicate accounts, payment abuse or misleading promotion.
The referrer earns £50 account credit when the referred learner pays. Credit becomes available 30 days after that payment. Refunded or disputed payments do not earn student rewards. We can reverse an invalid reward, including after redemption, which may leave a negative credit balance.
You can request a £50 Amazon gift card for £50 credit, or a one-hour tutoring lesson for £100 credit. Our team fulfils gift cards manually and arranges lessons subject to tutor availability. Credit is reserved while a request is pending and returned if we cancel it. Student credit is not cash and cannot be transferred. Amazon is not a sponsor of this scheme and its gift card terms apply.
Approved business partners use separate partner terms. Their referrals earn a 25% commission on eligible receipts and do not also earn the student referral reward or £50 student discount.
13. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep any mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction. Please first contact support@examsace.com so we can try to resolve a complaint quickly. You may also use any court or dispute route available to you by law.
