Joining the scheme
Admissions consultants and education agents may apply for approval. You must provide accurate business details and have authority to enter this agreement. Approval creates a referral relationship. You are not our employee, representative or agent and cannot bind us to another agreement.
Commission
Your approved partner link or code must be applied before a student starts their first card trial. One referral can be attached to each learner. You earn 25% of the eligible amount actually received for their first Plus or Pro term and an upgrade purchased during that term, after discounts, refunds, chargebacks and any applicable sales tax. Payment processing costs are not deducted. Renewals, later access terms, gift cards and separate tutoring purchases are excluded unless agreed in writing.
Commission becomes available 30 days after payment, subject to any longer hold agreed on earlier orders. We can withhold disputed amounts and reverse commission if a payment is refunded or charged back, including after payout. A negative balance is carried forward against future commission. You may request payment through your account. We will agree payment details securely and process valid requests within 30 days, subject to any invoice or tax information reasonably needed.
Promotion and student choice
Explain that you receive commission when you recommend us. Use accurate descriptions of the service and do not promise an admissions outcome, impersonate a university or imply official endorsement. Obtain any consent required to contact students. Do not buy through your own link, create duplicate accounts, send unsolicited bulk messages or bid on the ExamsAce name in paid search without our agreement. Students retain their refund and consumer rights.
Data and ending the relationship
Your dashboard shows commission records, not student answers, diagnostic results or learning progress. Do not upload student data without a lawful basis. Either party can end the partnership on 30 days' notice. We can suspend a code while investigating suspected abuse and end it for a serious breach after a reasonable opportunity to respond. Valid commission already earned remains payable, subject to refunds and the payment hold. Changes to commission rates apply only to future referrals after notice.
Law and contact
The law of England and Wales governs this agreement. Contact support@examsace.com about the partnership or a disputed commission. Neither party excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
